Beijing Olympic Games Accommodation Terms & ConditionsIn this website a list of different types of Beijing Olympic Games accommodation is listed. These are apartments, including serviced apartments in Beijing, Beijing courtyard houses and Beijing hotels. If there is anything that you are interested in please fill in the form in our contact us section. Apart from providing different types of accommodations for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games ( Beijing Courtyard Houses Beijing Apartments and Beijing Hotels )we also provide Olympic Tickets and China Tours. Once we receive your application we will contact you as soon as possible. Please see below for details on how we proceed from there onwards. Terms and ConditionsWhen interested in an accommodation please notify us by e-mail the accommodation code and number of nights you will be interested in staying. We will then check if the accommodation is available. If it is we will let you know and the price of the stay. In order for the place to be rented for you we will need to receive a booking fee from you. The booking fee consists of 20% of the total rent (i.e. rent per night multiplied by the number of nights you wish to stay). We will send you a contract with all the details. Once we receive the payment via bank transfer (details will be provided via e-mail) we will book the place for you and send you a confirmation e-mail. This booking fee is non-refundable.Rental PaymentBeijing Olympics Accommodation is to receive 50% of the rental payment by April 1st 2008. The remaining 50% of the rental fee is to be paid upon arrival.Cancellation PolicyWe understand that sometimes for unexpected reasons bookings may have to be canceled by our customers. However, if cancellations are made too late, we may struggle to find new customers for our landlords, which is why our re-reimbursement policy varies according to when the cancellation is made.Cancellations made before March 31st 2008You will be charged the 20% non-refundable booking fee made and reimbursed any additional payment that you may have made.Cancellations made after March 31st 2008By then a total of 50% of the total booking fee will have been paid.
